Paid Time Off - Full time employees are eligible for paid time off. - Paid time off is calculated according to your anniversary date. - Each full-time employee receives 16 days of paid time off annually, accrued at 5.33 hours per pay period. Submit paid time off requests for planned vacations in writing, at least two weeks in advance, to your supervisor. Vacation time is granted taking into account operating requirements and other previously granted vacation requests. Length of employment may determine priority in scheduling paid time off for requests that are made at the same time. - Any unplanned requests for paid time off (i.e., sick, emergency, etc.) should be called in to your supervisor immediately. - Five days of paid time off can be carried over until March 31st of the following year. The rest of the paid time off is on an annual "use or lose" basis. Pay is never granted in lieu of taking the actual time off.
